Some products may be shipped directly by Dorro, while certain orders may be fulfilled by select brand partners on our behalf. Regardless of the fulfillment method, your purchase is made from Dorro.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you would like to return an item, you must initiate the return within 15 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us using the instructions on our website. If your return is eligible, we will provide a return shipping label.

Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our return instructions and must be in the condition required by our posted return policy. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return requirements.
