Returns Policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2026

If you would like to return an item, you must email info@dorro.com within 15 days of receiving your order and include:

  • your order number
  • the product(s) you would like to return
  • the reason for the return

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please include a photo in your email.

Once we receive your request, we'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please make sure the item is securely packaged, ideally in its original packaging, and sent back in the same condition you received it.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after the return is received. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any tags, packaging, and accessories included where applicable. If a returned item does not meet these requirements, we may be unable to issue a refund. In those cases, we may contact you with next steps, including returning the item to you at your expense.
